FR Winter Hard Hat Liner, 2-Piece, Zip off Cap - LZ620-FR

The OccuNomix LZ620-FR Flame Resistant Winter Hard Hat Liner is engineered to deliver warmth, versatility, and certified FR protection for professionals working in cold, hazardous environments. This 2-piece, zip-off design allows the liner to be worn in multiple configurations, adapting easily to changing weather and jobsite conditions.

The upper shell is constructed from 6 oz. flame-resistant 100% cotton twill with a soft fleece lining for superior warmth and comfort. A zip-on/zip-off lower shell made from modacrylic/cotton/spandex soft rib knit adds enhanced insulation and flexibility, while maintaining full flame resistance. Secure hook-and-loop tabs allow easy attachment to most hard hats, and a double-button neck closure ensures a snug, comfortable fit.

Designed for serious cold protection, the liner features built-in warming pack pockets lined with DuPont™ Tyvek®, creating an insulated ear barrier that helps block wind and retain heat. Sewn with Nomex® thread and zipper, the LZ620-FR is flame resistant through 50 washes and meets strict FR safety standards, making it an ideal choice for electrical, utility, industrial, and construction applications.
